Deliverables

LEVEL developed a proprietary crisis response tool to help business leaders respond to a particular crisis on a real-time basis across a large stakeholder group. LEVEL also conducted a full-day training session using crisis management and media experts to assess the effectiveness of management response.

Outcomes

Business Unit Leaders found the simulation to be extremely helpful in understanding that a crisis in one discrete business unit can impact the entire organization. This training will help them respond quickly and appropriately.
