LEVEL sought out the advice of brand and reputation industry leaders as well as conducted a secondary search in preparation for presentation to senior management. John Foley was interviewed by AAA for a podcast that was distributed to all AAA clubs.
AAA senior managers were able to use the information that came out of their strategic planning process, and affiliate club managers found the podcast to be valuable in better understanding how to build AAA's brand and reputation.
