
Background:
20 years of new product marketing, international marketing and marketing management in 3M divisions across industrial, health care, consumer and electronic markets. Over the past 15 years, he has led major changes in brand strategy, direction and implementation and has helped to build 3M's best known brands including Post-it®, Scotch® and Scotchgard®.
Responsibilities:
Dean works with clients to develop marketing strategies, brand architecture, brand metrics, positioning, and transitions for mergers and acquisitions.
Milestones:
Dean chaired the Conference Board Council on Corporate Brands, and speaks frequently on leading edge brand management at universities, ANA, Conference Board and IIR.
