Dean Adams joins Minneapolis Firm as Principal Brand Strategist

MINNEAPOLIS (Jan. 12, 2009)—Dean Adams, joins Minneapolis brand and reputation firm LEVEL as a principal brand strategist. He joins the agency from his position as director of corporate brand management at 3M where he was responsible for global corporate brand strategy, brand framework, processes and execution through 3M's business units.

Adams brings his extensive experience in corporate brand strategy and management to LEVEL. Adams has 20 years of new product marketing, international marketing and marketing management in 3M divisions across industrial, health care, consumer and electronic markets. Over the past 15 years, he has led major changes in brand strategy, direction, implementation and has helped to build some of 3M's best known brands including Post-it®, Scotch® and Scotchgard®. Adams chairs the Conference Board Council on Corporate Brands, and speaks frequently on leading edge brand management examples at Universities, ANA, Conference Board and IIR.
